For our Luxembourg office, we are looking for a CDD Analyst (EN-FR)
AKD is one of the top law firms in the Netherlands, with a strong Benelux footprint. Last summer, on the back of continuous strong growth, AKD started a Client Acceptance Desk (CAD), which supports the new client onboarding and new matter intake process. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Customer Due Diligence Analyst (32/40 hours) with an excellent command of the French and English languages.
Your role You have a broad set of responsibilities as a CDD analyst. These include client onboarding and the intake of new matters, processing the incoming flow of documents, drafting risk profiles and acting as a KYC expert. All in all, you will be responsible for the full new client onboarding process and supplementing the information from our lawyers, civil-law notaries and tax advisers with information from other resources, completing the KYC screening. Financial, commercial and compliance issues are all part of the job. Another responsibility concerns monitoring and updating client data throughout the client relationship As part of a new team, you will be working with our fee earners and external clients alike. Your primary responsibility will be the new client onboarding and matter intake for our Brussels and Luxembourg offices. To excel in this role, you need to be A highly motivated individual with - at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international working environment; - professional and intellectual ability at Bachelor Hogeschool (Belgium) or HBO (Netherlands) level; - an excellent command of English and French; - proficiency in Dutch and/or German would be a strong asset; - strong analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills, resilience, and a quick uptake.
