For our Brussels office we are looking for a EU, public procurement and competition law (EN-NL)
With over 450 lawyers, tax advisers, civil-law notaries and business support staff in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, AKD is a leading Benelux law firm. As a trainee lawyer, you will join an international team of EU law specialists. Our Brussels office has an excellent opportunity for a trainee lawyer in EU, public procurement and competition law. Your role What leeway do governments have in setting demands for state aid? What room does the law offer for collaboration in the fair distribution of essential medicines for COVID patients? And who reviews the fairness of a public tender procedure? These are but some of the issues you and your colleagues in the EU, public procurement and competition law practice group will be tackling for a diverse group of clients.
