Our Brussels office is searching for a driven junior employment lawyer to join the team led by partner Julien Hick. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with experienced professionals, handling diverse cases from start to finish while building lasting client relationships.

From restructurings, individual dismissals, and M&A employment considerations to compensation & benefits and workplace privacy, every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities. You’ll also have the chance to represent clients in Belgian labor courts, honing your litigation skills.

Who We’re Looking For

You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university and are ambitious, results-oriented, and a true team player. As either a native Dutch or French speaker with a strong command of the other language, you’re fluent in English and ready to bring your passion for employment law to a range of clients across sectors like financial services, life sciences, and consumer goods.
