For our office in Luxembourg we are looking for a Secretary 2.0 (40 hours per week). This is not a regular Secretary position. That is why we call it Secretary 2.0!

In Luxembourg there are around 40 employees. You can define our culture as informal, hardworking but personal and sociable people whom are easy to connect with.

What makes this position diverse and unique?

In our law firm there are days full of surprises. You will deal with all kinds of interesting matters. In this role you will provide assistance to an international team of lawyers. Hereby you will:

Draft correspondence and documents and you will be preparing PowerPoint presentations (lay-out, modifying documents further to lawyers’ comments).

Deal with internal calls and external client queries in an appropriate, confident manner.

Provide administrative support for the opening of files and time recording. Hereby you will also manage workload to provide an efficient and timely service. You will also be responsible for managing diaries and contacts lists.

Organize internal and external meetings.

Organize travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, etc.

Undertake various administrative tasks (typing, filing, archiving etc.).

Job requirements

Who are you?

You are someone who is organized, who loves structure and is flexible (easy to adapt). Furthermore, you have a:

Degree in the secretarial field (“Bac +2/3” level).

At least 2 or 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a law firm.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Perfect command of French and English.
